This holiday season, Zuma is the go-to destination with multiple festive offerings

offerings throughout December. These include a divine Christmas Dinner menu; an exclusive

Zuma’s Festive Offerings
There is no better way to start celebrating the festive season than with Zuma’s Christmas
Dinner menu [THB 3820++], taking place on 24th & 25th December, featuring seared toro with
caviar, wafu sauce and hana hojiso, spicy wagyu tartare with sweet potato chips and rice
crackers and an all-time favourite signature dish chilean sea bass with green chili ginger dressing. For those looking to further indulge in the Christmas spirit, opt in to a 2 hour beverage free flow.
On 27th December you can tuck into an exclusive Christmas Sunday brunch. The sushi androbata counters will be transformed into a made to demand buffet selection of fresh sushi,sashimi, tempura, salads and robata grill items. Guests will also be able to select one of seven dishes for their main course; highlights include spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili and sweet soy, grilled hamachi kama with lemon and sea salt, vegetarian takana fried rice and teriyaki salmon fillet topped with sliced pickled cucumber. Ending off this spectacular feast is a dessert platter that will rise to any occasion, served directly to your table.
The Deluxe
Beverage Package [THB3180++ per person] offers free flow bottega prosecco and wine. Add an additional THB1000++ and guests can upgrade to Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne with
sake and wine. Anyone looking to skip the alcohol can enjoy a food only package with soft
drinks [HKD2180++ per person].
Celebrate the New Year with Zuma
Ring in 2021 with one of Zuma’s Special New Year’s Eve Dinner menus, set with a backdrop
of exceptional music and entertainment from a live DJ and performers to keep the party in
full swing as the midnight hour approaches. Along with optional free flow beverage packages,
a one-night-only Premium Tasting Menu [THB 5180++] is packed with the best dishes,
highlights include French Gillardeau oyster with yuzu sorbet and caviar and A4 grade Japanese
Wagyu Sirloin, whilst the Signature Tasting Menu [THB 3580++] boasts the much loved thinly
sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe and spicy beef tenderloin with sesame,
red chili and sweet soy. Both menus end on a sweet note with the talented Head Pastry Chef
Eddy Lee’s legendary deluxe dessert platter layered with exotic fruit, desserts, ice creams and
sorbets, served on a bed of ice.
