Gaysorn Village, the first and only urban lifestyle village in the heart of the iconic Ratchaprasong District, launches a welcome back campaign called BACK TO LIFE with The Art of ‘The New Normal’ for the re-opening of the Gaysorn Village. Highlighting 3 important measures for continuous safety and ultimate shopping experiences where our customers are invited once again, to explore The Art of Living with new lifestyle concepts to match the current situation.

- 1. The Art of Living: Gaysorn Village understands that the COVID-19 pandemic has affected so many around the world and in Thailand. However, with it comes a creative way to approach the “New Normal” and to explore The Art of Living during this current situation.

- 1.1 Clean Air

- – Ozone air baking to reduce the spread of germs and to promote clean air purification in common areas of all buildings.
- – Install air purifiers to reduce dust particles and kill any airborne germs.
- – Install UVC system to kill germs in the Air Handling Unit room (AHU) on every floor to build confidence and assure tenants that the air quality has been rigorously purified and is germ free.

- 1.2 Cleanliness & Hygiene measures

- – Prepare alcohol dispensers at service stations to clean hands thoroughly inside the building including all screening areas and all concierge counter access points.
- – Public areas: bathroom areas, inside of lifts, handrails, escalators, push buttons, door handles (including various touch points inside the building) will be sanitised every 30 minutes.
- – Organise weekly spraying services with industrial strength disinfectants in all common areas and provide free services to all tenants should they require disinfecting within their rented space.
- – Sanitised floor mats will be placed at every entrance.
- – All housekeepers and security officers must wear a face mask and/or face shield.

- – Provide a Counter Shield at all concierge counters.
- – Emergency measures in the event of any suspected case of infected person(s) by immediate action of spraying disinfectants and OZONE air baking in the identified high-risk area(s).

- 1.2.1 “Touch-less” experience for safety and confidence, Gaysorn Village has taken measures to promote “Touch-less” experience for the health & safety all our customers, visitors and tenants.

- – Our attentive doormen open and close doors for our customers at every entrance/exit point within the Gaysorn Centre.
- – New “Touch-less” measures to refrain from touching the elevator button.
- – “Touch-less” payment is encouraged via WeChat, Alipay, Rabbit Line Pay and QR Code.

- 1.3 Arrival Screening

- – Establishment of screening points with (Thermal Scanning) equipment at designated entrances. (BTS link, Gaysorn Tower Office Lobby).
- – Temperature scanning for 37.5°C or below at all entrances in both Gaysorn Centre and Gaysorn Tower Building including car parks, staff and office arrival points.
- – Everybody (employees and all visitors) MUST every time wear a face mask before entering the building or shopping center and while inside Gaysorn Village at all times.
- – Set screening points: ALL contractors, office workers, security officers and housekeepers must undergo a temperature check and disinfection (with spray) every time they enter the building.
- – Valet Parking: Gaysorn Village is dedicated to offering the highest quality services, which is why our Valet service uses disposable steering wheel covers to reduce any surface contact inside your vehicle for the ultimate in hygiene measures.

- 2. The Art of Socialising: The New Normal reflects our ability to uphold safety and hygiene practices to allow our customers to experience The Art of Socialising with comfort and confidence.
2.1 Space ratio for all customers on the premises and within each building will be at 1:16 sqm.

- 2.2 The New Normal protocols highlight social distancing based on what the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand has set by providing signage and communication materials to indicate mandatory social distancing and mask-wearing protocol in all public areas.
2.3 Restaurants in Gaysorn Village will use table shields or re-arrange their tables with social distancing protocols and are encouraged to serve individual set meals to prevent sharing and the spread of disease during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- – You Shop, We Drop – Make a purchase via Gaysorn Concierge online and we’ll deliver it right to your car at our pick up point on G Floor.
- – Grab For You – A food delivery service brought to you by the Gaysorn delivery team. Order your favourite meals, snacks or beverages and we’ll deliver them to you anywhere within the Gaysorn Village, Gaysorn Tower or Amarin Plaza, free of charge.
According to the Ratchaprasong District’s Official Safety Protocol Measures for COVID-19 based on the Official Government Regulations, the Ratchaprasong Square Trade Association (RSTA) is tasked with ensuring the safety for all 4 zones including public spaces, shopping malls, office buildings and restaurants within the district.
